  • Thin cut serves 1; approx. 240g

  • Thick cut serves 2-3; approx. 480g

At home preparation
Thick Cut: 
Remove steak from fridge and bring to room temp. Dry and season liberally on both sides. Warm a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place steak in hot pan, and leave to cook for about 6 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and rest somewhere warm for 5 minutes. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and serve with horseradish sauce. 
Thin Cut:
Remove steak from fridge and bring to room temp. Dry and season liberally on both sides. Warm a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place steak in hot pan, and leave to cook for about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for 3 more minutes, then remove from pan and rest somewhere warm for 5 minutes. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and serve with horseradish sauce.

For London (within the M25): We deliver Tuesday – Saturday, between 3pm and 7pm. Orders need to be placed by 12pm, one day prior to delivery.

For Nationwide: We deliver Wednesday – Friday. DPD will send a notification by 11am of your 1-hour delivery window. Orders need to be placed by 12pm, two days prior to delivery.
