We have boned and ‘butterflied’ the leg of young lamb, and marinated it in lemon, garlic and rosemary.
Half leg serves 2-3 people; between 400g - 600g
Whole leg serves 4-6 people; between 700g - 1kg
AT HOME PREPARATION:
Preheat a grill to high. Remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry. Season with salt. Carefully place the meat on the grill and brown on both sides. Lower the heat and continue to grill, turning once. Allow seven minutes per side, more for well-done.

For London (within the M25): We deliver Tuesday – Saturday, between 3pm and 7pm. Orders need to be placed by 12pm, one day prior to delivery.
For Nationwide: We deliver Wednesday – Friday. DPD will send a notification by 11am of your 1-hour delivery window. Orders need to be placed by 12pm, two days prior to delivery.
