We have jointed and marinated a whole Rabbit in Chianti Classico with sage, Pancetta and rosemary, ready to be roasted at home with cooking instructions included.
This dish goes well with Chianti Classico, Fontodi 2018.
Serves 2; approx. 1kg
AT HOME PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan oven). Remove the lid from the dish and drizzle a little olive oil on the top. Roast uncovered in the oven for 50 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

For London (within the M25): We deliver Tuesday – Saturday, between 3pm and 7pm. Orders need to be placed by 12pm, one day prior to delivery.
For Nationwide: We deliver Wednesday – Friday. DPD will send a notification by 11am of your 1-hour delivery window. Orders need to be placed by 12pm, two days prior to delivery.
