AT HOME PREPARATION
ARRANGE THE SLICED VEAL ON TO A A SERVING PLATE. SPOON OVER THE TUNA MAYONNAISE, AND FINISH WITH THE CAPER, ANCHOVY AND BASIL DRESSING.
