Olivar, Cesconi 2019
We discovered this lovely winery on a trip with Liberty wines to the north of Italy.
This wine, Olivar, shows a great intensity with a reminiscence of peach and white flowers. Resting the wine in oak barrels gives a subtle vanilla aroma and a citrus character.
It is made from 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Grigio and 20% Pinot Bianco, and is certified organic and vegetarian.
