AT HOME PREPARATION
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 220°C. PLACE LANGOUSTINES SHELL-SIDE DOWN ON A FLAT BAKING SHEET. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER, THEN DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL. ROAST FOR 4-5 MINUTES. SQUEEZE OVER LEMON JUICE AND DRIZZLE WITH MORE OLIVE OIL. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
