Bistecca Fiorentina for 4-6

The classic cut of beef in Tuscany, the ’T Bone'. We are including our horseradish crème fraîche with each Fiorentina. It is also delicious served with chickpeas and new season's extra virgin olive oil.

  • Serves 4-6 people; approx. 1.4kg

  • Allergens: milk (horseradish crème fraîche)

An hour before cooking, remove steak from fridge to bring to room temperature. Dry and season liberally on both sides. Warm a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place steak in hot pan, and cook for about 12 minutes. Flip and cook for 9 more minutes, then remove from pan and rest somewhere warm for 8-10 minutes. Give each person slices from both the fillet and the sirloin, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Serve with horseradish sauce.
