This Bresaola has a fragrant and delicate flavour. Made from a single cut of beef and trimmed of fat, Bresaola is one of the leanest of the salumi.
Best served thinly sliced with a squeeze of lemon, and crakced black pepper. Also good with a few leaves of wild rocket and shavings of Parmesan
