Freshly cooked and handpicked, south-coast crab marinated with Sicilian lemon juice, dried chilli and extra virgin olive oil. This is delicious eaten on its own or mixed with Tagliolini or Spaghetti for our classic Crab Pasta.
At Home Preparation (for 2):
Bring a large pot of well salted water to boil. Cook 200 grams spaghetti for the amount of time specified on the package. While pasta is cooking, empty the sauce into another pan; stir in half a cup of the pasta cooking water, and warm over medium heat. When the pasta is al dente, drain, reserving another cup of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the sauce with a little extra virgin olive oil. Stir or toss thoroughly, adding more water to loosen if necessary.
