English Asparagus with Anchovy butter

Available for delivery throughout mainland UK

A bunch of green asparagus to blanche at home, with Cantabrian anchovy butter to melt on top. We recommend adding shavings of Parmesan too.

  • Serves 2; asparagus approx. 250g, anchovy butter approx. 125ml
  • Allergens: fish, milk
At home preparation:
Bring a sauce pan of salted water to the boil. Boil the whole bunch for 5 minutes. Remove with tongs or a slotted spoon to a bowl and cut the string with scissors. Dress with extra virgin olive oil and and season. Serve with anchovy butter and Parmesan.
