Lemon, Basil and Parmesan sauce

A simple yet delicious sauce of Amalfi lemon juice and zest, grated Parmesan, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
Toss through warm spaghetti with a little pasta water to emulsify. Add extra basil and Parmesan to taste.
Also delicious tossed through still warm blanched green beans, to serve alongside Veal chops.
