A soup for the beginning of spring, with spinach, sorrel and Castelluccio lentils.

We will send the soup with a jar of crème fraîche to spoon over the top.

• Serves 2; approx. 500 ml 
• Allergens: milk, celery
• Contains chicken stock. Not suitable for vegetarians.

At home preparation (for 2):
Empty soup into a saucepan with 50 millilitres water. Warm over medium heat, stirring often, for 6 minutes or until hot. Serve with a spoon of crème fraiche and grated parmesan.
