Mazzancolle - split Scottish langoustines

As part of our Thanksgiving menu, we have split these Scottish Langoustines and sprinkled them with chilli and wild oregano, for you to roast at home.

  • serves 1; 5 pieces per portion

At home preparation: Pre-heat your oven to 220 °C. Place langoustines shell-side down on a flat baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 4-5 minutes. Squeeze over lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately.
