A spring vegetable soup, with peas, broad beans, asparagus, green beans, herbs and a dash of cream. We will send a jar of pesto with the soup to spoon over the top.

AT HOME PREPARATION (FOR 2):

EMPTY SOUP INTO A SAUCEPAN WITH 80 ml WATER. WARM OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN, FOR 6 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT. YOU MAY ADD A LITTLE MORE WATER, BUT THE SOUP SHOULD BE THICK. SERVE WITH THE PESTO SPOONED OVER THE TOP.
