Osso Buco with spring peas

A Spring osso buco cooked with fresh peas in Soave Classico wine. We add a touch of tomato, sage and lemon peel as we gently cook it and recommend serving it with spinach or rainbow chard at this time of year.

AT HOME PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 160˚C (fan). Remove the lid from the dish. Warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until piping hot.
