AT HOME PREPARATION:
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180˚C (FAN OVEN).
REMOVE THE LID FROM THE DISH AND DRIZZLE A LITTLE OLIVE OIL ON THE TOP.
ROAST UNCOVERED IN THE OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES.
ALLOW TO REST FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
This is delivered in a Pyrex dish; yours to keep. However should you feel you don't have a need for it, you are welcome to return the dish to the restaurant, or hand it back (clean and with lid) to the driver delivering your next order.
