River Cafe Birthday Tiramisù
We are celebrating the River Cafe’s 33rd birthday with our version of the classic Tiramisù.
Literally a 'pick me up!’ we can’t think of a more suitable time to indulge in this boozy dessert. We have soaked Savoiardi biscuits in Vecchia Romagna brandy and Volcano espresso and layered them with Crema di Mascarpone. The 70% cocoa is sent on the side for you to finish this dish off.
We are restrained with the sugar, but liberal with the brandy - a birthday party on a plate. Delivered to you ready for nothing more than a dusting of cocoa, some candles and the table.
