A light summery soup that signals the warmer months at The River Cafe. Roman zucchini and zucchini flowers are cooked with a little cream, herbs and Parmesan. As delicious warmed as it is served chilled or at room temperature. The perfect beginning to an alfresco dinner.

Serve chilled, at room temperature or gently warm in a saucepan over a medium heat to desired temperature. Do not allow to boil.
