Creel caught Scottish Langoustines from the west coast of Scotland. We have poached them in an aromatic cooking liquor of herbs and white wine.
Choose if you would like to have them whole with River Cafe Aioli, or remove them from their shells ready to be tossed through Mezzi Paccheri pasta with Pecorino, or served in a warm salad with borlotti and marjoram.
