Roast Turbot Fillet - single portion

We have filleted and portioned this fresh Turbot, seared it on one side and added oregano and lemon.

You need only cook the last ten minutes in your oven 
  • Serves 1; approx. 250g total
  • Allergens: fish

At home preparation: 
Preheat the oven to 200˚C (fan). Oil a tray or ovenproof dish. Place turbot, still on baking paper, in dish. Bake for 10 minutes. To test for doneness, insert the point of a sharp knife into the centre of the thickest part of the fillet; if cooked, there should be little resistance. Serve with pan juices, wedges of lemon, and extra virgin olive oil.
