A whole veal shin slow cooked on the bone in Soave Classico with potatoes and sage, ready for you to simply reheat at home. Serve with the bone marrow melting into a bruschetta or a Risotto alla Milanese and the zesty, sharp gremolata to cut through the richness.

At home preparation: Heat oven to 170˚C. Remove cover and heat in oven for 15-20 mins until piping hot. Slice and serve with juices, marrow scooped out of the bone and gremolata scattered on top.
This is delivered in a Pyrex dish; yours to keep. However should you feel you don't have a need for it, you are welcome to return the dish to the restaurant, or hand it back (clean and with lid) to the driver delivering your next order.
