Line caught fresh wild Sea Bass fillet from Poole, Dorset, slashed with spring herbs.
Sea Bass is a prime white fish with a firm, flaky texture. Flavoursome yet delicate. Delicious grilled, roasted or cooked on the barbecue. Sea Bass goes with all vegetables and robust sauces such as salsa verde, olives or chilli.
