A few weeks ago Sian Owen, Joseph Trivelli and I went to Torino, one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. We visited the chocolatier Peyrano, which has been family-owned since 1915.

These are photographs of our time in Torino, the chocolates we tasted and the people we met.
