Dolci Deliveries
We offer our full dolci range for delivery across London Tuesday - Friday. You will be required to select a date for delivery.
Dolci orders in London should be expected between 12:00pm - 5:00pm via GOPHR courier.
London Collections
You are welcome to collect your order from our Shop next to the restaurant (Thames Wharf, Rainville Road, London, W6 9HA) between 2.00pm and 5.30pm Tuesday - Friday. For collections after 5.30pm please call us to arrange collection from the restaurant.
Standard UK Deliveries
We deliver a range of items available for delivery across Mainland UK (excluding all islands and the Scottish Highlands) via DPD in the overnight network Wednesday - Friday. Please be aware that our Dolci range is only available in London.
Tracking of your order will be sent directly to the nominated email address and phone number on the order. Deliveries should be expected between 9:00pm - 6:00pm.
International Deliveries
We deliver a range of our items outside of the UK to all countries apart from those within Europe. Please get in touch with us for a shipping quote via email at info@shoptherivercafe.co.uk
Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Thursday. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10.30am same day with delivery times taking approximately 5-7 days to arrive with you.
Please note duty is not paid in advance and customs restrictions and shipping tariffs may apply.
Our Products:
Dolci
Our range of fresh cakes, tarts, bread and ice cream is available in London only.
All of our dolci is prepared fresh to order for the day it is being delivered or collected and carry a shelf life of up to 3 days when stored correctly. Cakes are labelled with all ingredients and allergens in bold. Please be aware that all produce is prepared in a kitchen where other allergens are present.
Wine & Drinks
Alcoholic items may only be purchased by individuals over the age of 18. The person placing the order must be home to receive it, and may be asked for ID upon delivery.
Knives
Knives may only be purchased by individuals over the age of 18. The person placing the order must be home to receive it, and may be asked for ID upon delivery.
Returns
Please return homewares, books, drinks and store cupboard items in their original packaging within 28 days. These can be dropped off at, or posted to: Shop The River Cafe, Thames Wharf Studios, Rainville Road, London W6 9HA.
