All of our products are available to buy in person from The River Cafe ‘Cafe’ located at Thames Wharf, across the car park from the main restaurant.
The River Cafe Cafe Opening Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 10pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 4pm
Dolci deliveries and collections:
We offer our full dolci range for delivery across Inner London Tuesday - Saturday. Please call us on 020 7386 4280 (9.30am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri) to place your order.
Dolci orders in London should be expected between 12:00pm - 5:00pm via GOPHR courier.
You are also welcome to collect your Dolci order from The River Cafe Cafe (next to the original restaurant) at Thames Wharf, Rainville Road, London, W6 9HA.
Orders are ready to collect from midday on your chosen day. The Cafe is open 9am-10pm Tuesday-Saturday, and 9am-4pm Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Non-Dolci items
All of our products - apart from dolci - are available for delivery across Mainland UK (excluding all islands and the Scottish Highlands) via DPD in the overnight network. We pack and ship orders once a week so please allow up to 9 days to receive your order.
Tracking of your order will be sent directly to the nominated email address and phone number on the order. Deliveries should be expected between 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Instore purchases
We no longer offer an option to pick up on our online website. Instead all of our Non-Dolci products are available to buy in person from The River Cafe ‘Cafe’ located at Thames Wharf, across the car park from the main restaurant.
The Cafe is open 9am-10pm Tuesday-Saturday, and 9am-4pm Sunday and Bank Holidays.
International Deliveries
We deliver a range of our items outside of the UK to all countries apart from those within Europe. Please get in touch with us for a shipping quote via email at info@shoptherivercafe.co.uk
Deliveries are dispatched once a week. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date you place your order.
Please note duty is not paid in advance and customs restrictions and shipping tariffs may apply.
Our Products:
Dolci
Our range of fresh cakes and tarts are available in London only.
All of our dolci is prepared fresh to order for the day it is being delivered or collected, and carry a shelf life of up to 3 days when stored correctly. Cakes are labelled with all ingredients and allergens in bold. Please be aware that all produce is prepared in a kitchen where other allergens are present.
Wine & Drinks
Alcoholic items may only be purchased by individuals over the age of 18. The person placing the order must be home to receive it, and may be asked for ID upon delivery. We may also ask for ID in-store.
Knives
Knives may only be purchased by individuals over the age of 18. The person placing the order must be home to receive it, and may be asked for ID upon delivery. We may also ask for ID in-store.
Returns
Please return homewares, books, unopened drinks and store cupboard items in their original packaging within 28 days. These can be dropped off at, or posted to: The River Cafe Cafe, Block 2, Thames Wharf Studios, Rainville Road, London W6 9HA.
