Gift Box FAQ's

When can I place an order for a Gift Box? 

Gift boxes will be available to order from 1st October and delivery from 1st of December.  

  • Orders to the USA must be placed by 4th December. 
  • Orders to the UK must be placed by 18th December. 
  • Shop in-store at Thames Wharf until 22nd December 

 Where do you deliver to? 

UK Shipping 

All of our gift boxes can be shipped throughout mainland UK. 

International Shipping 
Our International Gift Box can be shipped to the USA, Canada and Australia. These goods will be delivered duty paid, which is included in the shipping cost. Unfortunately, our other gift products are not suitable for shipping Internationally as they contain products restricted by customs & border controls.  

Shipping to Europe and Northern Ireland 
We are regrettably not able to offer direct shipping of Gift Boxes to Europe or Northern Ireland. If you would like to ship a product to a specific country, please contact our customer services team who will be able to advise you on your specific enquiry.

Shipping to multiple addresses

How much is shipping? 
Shipping is complimentary with all Gift Boxes.  

When can I have a Gift Box delivered? 
Gift boxes area available from the 1st of December in the UK and 7th of December Internationally.

Delivery days are Monday - Fridays inclusive. The last pre-Christmas delivery date will be 23rd December. 

For UK deliveries, please allow 48hrs for delivery from placing your order. 

For International deliveries, we recommend placing your order 7 days before desired delivery date. 

While our courier partners will do their utmost to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee parcel shipping dates or deliveries, especially during the busy festive season.  

Can I switch a product out of my gift boxes? 
We are unable to make any changes to the contents of our carefully curate Gift Boxes. If you would like to arrange a bespoke box please contact customer service.

Can I amend my order once I’ve placed it? 

We are able to amend orders that have not yet been despatched. To amend an order, please contact our customer services team.  

Any UK delivery needs to be amended 72hrs before your chosen delivery date. International orders must be amended 8 days before your chosen delivery date.  

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order, including the delivery address, name or message. 

Can I add a gift message to my order? 

Yes, you can add a personalised gift note to each box order. You will see a place for this in the website checkout process.
