Fresh Mozzarella di Bufala is one of the miracles of Italian food. 

In The River Cafe, Mozzarella arrives twice a week, from the provinces of Caserta and Salerno in the region of Campania and is on our menu every day. 

We choose what to serve with it depending on the season.
In winter, agretti and pangrattato, in spring, peas and spinach.

Right now we are combining Mozzarella with tomatoes and torn basil or purple figs, marinated zucchini, grilled red and yellow peppers — all available in our Shop
