In The River Cafe, mozzarella arrives twice a week, from the provinces of Caserta and Salerno in the region of Campania.

Mozzarella is on our menu every day, and we choose what to serve with it depending on the season. In winter, agretti; in spring, peas and spinach. Right now we are combining mozzarella with slow-cooked tomato and pangrattato, as well as wood-roasted pumpkin and smashed chickpeas—both of which are available in our Shop.
