We’ve designed our Italian Christmas Menu to be as elaborate or simple as you like—offering an array of celebratory dishes.
To start the meal there is Oscietra Caviar, Devon Crab and a salad of winter leaves and walnuts.
As a main, we have either roasted Bronze Turkey or slow cooked Veal Shin in Santo Stefano Barolo.
Winter vegetables—pumpkin, roasted in wild oregano, smashed celeriac and Florence fennel parmigiani.
And for Dessert—Gentile Panettone, Dada's Christmas Cake, Zabaglione Ice Cream.
Tuscan chocolates from La Molina - a 1kg brick of dark chocolate and hazelnuts, or the exclusive box of truffles made for The River Cafe, with pistachio, gianduja, coffee and almond.
