Dana Strong, CEO of Sky Group, is a busy woman. She leads a team of thousands across news, sport, film, and television, and somehow always makes time for friendship, and especially her family. One of the most special times for me is breakfast with Dana at home, at my kitchen table.

We got together for the podcast at The River Cafe - a busy day for her, and a busy day for me. But we felt we had all the time in the world to spend together.
