The newest pressing of olives, from November 2025.
This olive oil is made by Federico Giuntini of the Selvapiana estate north of Florence in the Chianti Rufina zone. It has an unsurpassed spicy finish, along with a vivid green colour. The clean aroma and classic artichoke character will elevate a simple bruschetta to become the most elegant of foods.
