Design pioneer Alvar Aalto’s asymmetrical waves (“aalto” in Finnish) won the 1937 Paris World Fair. In the decades since, they’ve become an icon of Scandinavian interior design. Taking inspiration from the thousands of lakes in his native Finland, Aalto’s waves combine function and sculpture. Each Aalto vase goes through a multi-step production process at the Iittala Glass Factory. First, the vase is mouthblown, then hand cut before going through several polishings. The opal colour brightens every space.

For London (within the M25): We deliver Tuesday – Friday, between 12pm and 5pm. Orders need to be placed by 10.30am, one day prior to delivery.

For Nationwide: We deliver Wednesday – Friday. DPD will send a notification by 11am of your 1-hour delivery window. Orders need to be placed by 10.30am, two days prior to delivery.
