This grappa, bottled especially for the River Cafe, is made in the hills above Trento at the small distillery run by the Pilzer family, from the skins of the Teroldego grape variety native to the region.

It is clean yet scented with nice weight but without that ‘burn’ grappa quite often delivers on the finish.

Serve cool but not chilled.
