Pear and Almond Tart
This is one of our most famous River Cafe desserts. The tart is cooked with halves of Poire Williams nestled deep in the Frangipane base, which is made just of ground blanched almonds, Italian butter and sugar in a pastry case. Perfect served warm or cold with crème fraîche.
