This 2024 organic extra virgin olive oil is intense, with a firm body and no bitterness. There is a medium touch of spice and a clear fruity note. Once on the palate, the taste and smell are evocative of fresh artichoke.

Our oil is produced from olives grown in single estates. Each oil has a distinctive character that reflects the variety of olives grown, the microclimate and the soil structure of the land. We select oils each year just after the first pressing in early November.
