These porcini were found this morning in the woods near Montalcino, along the road towards Castiglion del Bosco.

Soon we will have them in The River Cafe.

For now, we are roasting gorgeous small, colourful beetroots, yellow and green zucchini with potatoes, plum tomatoes – and purple figs, to serve with our creamy pannacotta.
